This morning I woke up to rain, low clouds and predictions of snow in the mountains. By early afternoon, it was 39 degrees F (or 3.8 C) and snow was on the tops of the hills surrounding the valley. The temperatures are supposed to be back to the 70's next week, but I realized today that I am not ready for winter. Kim, hurry and move into your new apartment and make sure there is an extra bedroom - I don't know if I can take this winter thing after seven years of Bangkok!
Err - I don't want to visit THIS Utah! I only want to do the warm one. Looks like Houston will be forgotten next year and the trip moved up - give me sunburn over windchill any day. Right, off to get the sunscreen it is soooooo hot here!
