Bangkok Floods

I think our neighbour is taking this flooding business way more seriously than I.  Mind you, maybe I would be more concerned if I lived on the ground floor.

Tom & Jerry's area is one of the areas designated as likely to flood.  I guess all those klongs around Sathorn make it an easy target.
