Remember on our religious walk that covered a church, temple and mosque, we visited a Portuguese cake bakery. Isn't the method they used to cook those cakes the same as your Dutch oven? I am really curious about this method of cooking now that I have seen how the Dutch oven works.
If all else fails in your family, you could teach the kids how to do this, then set them up on the roadside selling fresh Dutch oven cakes. The cute factor alone would get you plenty of customers.
