As promised a few photos to show you how intrepid Alan and Margie have been!! We went to help them across the bridge this morning with all their luggage, and as you can see, we are still well and truly under water.
I think Margie quite enjoyed the ride on her polystyrene raft. It helped that her sinuses were blocked, so she couldn't smell the putrid odour!!!
I think the locals who looked on, thought they must be mad!! As they were leaving the black infested waters with all their wordly belongings, Alan and Margi made their determined way home into the evacuation area!!!
