Loy Kratong 2014

I arrived home from our roadtrip in time for what will probably be my last Loy Kratong.

 We spent it in the park behind where we live.

 We thought there wasn't as much atmosphere as at Lumpini Park.

 It was quite difficult to get the Kratong into the water as there are only a couple of places where you can reach it and the drop down to the water is not easy, so one or two people were stretched full out to drop it into the water.

My favourite Loy Kratong was definitely down by the river in our first year, watching the children swim to the Kratong to remove the coins embedded in them.
