View across the neighbouring field (pink tree side).
Same view at sunset. We get beautiful sunsets across this field.
The old bridge into Bergerac, taken from the old side of Bergerac.
Great old van. I took Roy to have a look at this.
Romantic little balcony in Eymet.
This house in Eymet has been restored really well.
Lots of lovely floral decor on the houses (this is the street) and in the gardens.
Norma & I got talking with the owner of this garden.
We spotted lots of rows of flowers, just like this, whilst travelling around. As this is high rental season for our house (we usually visit in the spring) we never get a chance to see the area in full floral swing. I was amazed at how many little plots like this bordered the fields. I love this photo so much, it is my desktop picture.
Taken from Ste. Foy, our nearest town, across the Dordogne river to Porte Ste. Foy.
This is one of our bridges, at the end of which and into the right hand side of the picture, you can see an arch. This is a lovely restaurant.
I love looking across the river at this house. What a situation. It has a view of the old town of Ste. Foy.
A beautiful windmill near Ste. Astier
We drove to it and I went up into the fields to take this picture.
The view from the same spot.
I had such a lovely time showing Roy and Norma around.
It was hard to know who won the talking competition, but as it is my blog, I am taking that title (shush, it was Roy really!).
Er, sorry about the scraggy cleavage shot!

I can't see an external powerpoint for my campervan.....
ReplyDeleteOMG, thank the good Lord we hid the powerpoints in case some freeloaders with a German campervan stole some.
ReplyDeleteAlso notice I hid the sign saying free overnight camping - you scroungers. And before you ask, it will still be hidden next year also!
